The short version: no log-ins, no visitor statistics, no advertising tags, and not a single cookie from this site. Below, each spot where personal data comes into the picture is plotted, the chat operated by another company included.

1. Cloudflare's request logs

Cloudflare, Inc. delivers these pages. Every page request shows its servers your IP address, the URL you asked for, the time, the kind of browser and device you use and a guessed location – country, plus state inside the US. The location guess steers two things: whether the site opens for you and whether an extra age notice appears next to the Start button. Our own use of the logs is limited to keeping the site running and blocking abuse; Cloudflare explains its side in its own privacy policy.

2. One age entry in your browser

A yes on the age dial stores one local-storage item named nvl.heading. It holds the word "north" plus a timestamp and nothing more. It exists so the age dial does not greet you on every page. Lifetime: 30 days, then the entry is wiped by the page and the dial returns. The item is never transmitted to us, so we have no way of reading it; clearing the stored data for naughty-video-chat.live erases it sooner. No cookie is set.

3. Notes sent with the form

Every note from contact form is filed together with its topic and, when you supply one, the address for our answer. The notes live in key-value storage belonging to this site's Cloudflare account. There is no form vendor, no mailing tool and no captcha service in between. We open them to reply and to deal with data or copyright requests, and each one deletes itself twelve months after arrival – sooner on request.

4. Stripchat, behind the Start button

No chat code and nothing from a third party is loaded on this site. Start, and every other partner button, sends you to Stripchat, an independent cam business, which loads in its own tab. From then on the connection is yours and Stripchat's: Stripchat learns your IP address and technical facts about your device and, with your permission over there, camera and microphone streams plus typed messages, all under its own privacy policy and terms. Before arriving, the click passes an affiliate network; the link names this site twice and adds a device label that a tiny script writes at the moment of the click (desktop, iphone or android, otherwise nojs). It names the site, never the visitor.

5. Partner links

Our links to the provider include the partner code too. Once you click through, the provider's own privacy and payment rules apply.

6. Your rights

Whenever you want, find out which of your data sits with us and have it fixed, wiped or set aside. In California the CCPA, as reshaped by the CPRA, grants exactly these rights; kindred rules now cover a lengthening roster of American states as well as European and British residents. We sell no personal data, and none of it is passed on to target ads at you on other sites. Exercising a right costs you nothing. Requests go through contact form, and you will hear back within 45 days.

7. Under-18s

Nobody below 18 should be on these pages, and we never set out to gather information about minors. A note that turns out to come from a minor is erased.

8. Revisions

If this site ever starts using data in a new way, the change appears here first, and the revision stamp above moves to the new date.
